We accept proposals for grant awards from companies, governmental entities and/or individuals who meet the following objective of the Karpel Foundation:
Reduce the TIME it takes to prosecute criminals;
Reduce the COSTS necessary to prosecute criminals;
Increase the ACCOUNTABILITY of the judicial system
